    Paneer
  • 1 cup
    Green peas
  • 1 tbsp
    Oil or butter
  • 1/2 tbsp
    Salt

  • 1/2 tbsp
    Fresh cilantro

    Heat 1 tbsp oil or butter in a pan on medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and lightly sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft and golden at the edges. Add the green peas and cook for another minute.

    Open your bottle of Indian Pantry’s Makhani Sauce and pour it into the pan. Gently stir to coat the paneer and peas evenly in the rich, tomato-based sauce. If the sauce feels too thick, add a splash of water to loosen it slightly.
